Service Scope & Frequency

Every strata property has different cleaning requirements. We prepare a tailored proposal outlining the agreed common areas, cleaning tasks, service frequency and pricing.

Regular and periodic cleaning can be scheduled according to the property’s needs. Additional services outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
